Welcome to the Zimmerman (Minnesota) Wrestling Club website.

The Zimmerman Wrestling Club is an MN/USA Wrestling participating wrestling club for kids in grade K through 12.

"TEW (pronounced two!) - Takedown, Escape, Win"

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Zimmerman Wrestling Club (ZWC) is to provide an environment that is committed to teaching the fundamental techniques of amateur wrestling in a positive and encouraging manner, while instilling the principles of good sportsmanship and teamwork, and to prepare and challenge all wrestlers and parents alike for competition.

Important Events and Information
  • We are out promoting the benefits of wrestling to all local youth football programs and Mike and I spoke in front of the HS football team and presented this information. The benefits of wrestling in the off-season to football players are undeniable and we have much more information to share upon request Laughing

 Zimmerman Memorial Weekend Parade
If you are looking for something to do this Saturday (May 23rd) come and join us at the Parade in town starting at Noon. We will be having a float/trailer (should be number 78) and are still looking for more youth and High school wrestlers to ride along and hand out flyers, treats, etc!

 New Addition to Zimmerman Wrestling!

Congratulations from Zimmerman Wrestling to Wade and Tamye Vertina on their new baby boy! Mom, Dad, baby, and family are doing well Smile
Kyler Alan Vertina was born 5/3/09 at 3:31pm weighing 8 lbs and 20 inches long.
